The European Night of Museums is a nationwide initiative, during which cultural institutions such as art galleries and museums open their doors to visitors in the evening or at night. It\u2019s a one in a year chance to explore exhibitions in a unique atmosphere, often making use of a free entry and specially prepared artistic and educational programs. <\/p>\n
Philipine de Girard Linen Museum in \u017byrard\u00f3w has been proudly participating in this cultural event for years, inviting visitors into the raw, post-industrial interiors of the former factory. After dusk our halls come to life in a completely different way, providing its guests with an out of this world experience that connects the history of the textiles industry with the contemporary craft. <\/p>\n
Since 2021 a consistent and an incredibly colourful element of the Night of Museums in our establishment is the collaboration with Stowarzyszenie Polskiego Patchworku<\/b>. Thanks to this initiative the event has attained great prestige hosting nationwide and international exhibitions of one of a kind crafts made from linen and other fabrics. <\/p>\n

During the Night of Museums touring with a guide is free of charge<\/b>, and the guide shall unveil the mysteries of \u017byrard\u00f3w\u2019s factory before the visitors.
